Security Bond Information:

Security bond is £50 per person.

Payable upon arrival with card, no cash accepted on site.

Bond is returned between 3-5 working days with high St banks.

PLEASE NOTE: Internet banks such as Monzo/Starling can take up to 30 days to process the bond back to the customer.

Unless charged over the phone, security deposits are taken in person at the main office: 14 Colquitt St, Liverpool, L1 4DE prior to check in.

• Smoking is not permitted in any part of the building.
• No guests are permitted in apartments, aside from the original booked group.
