• The house itself is 6500 sq feet.
• It has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
• The house can accommodate up to 16 pax max.
• Bed breakdown as follows:
  • Upper landing – Large sofa bed – 2 pax
  • Master bedroom – 3 single beds – 3 pax
  • Bedroom 2 – 3 x single beds – 3 pax
  • Bedroom 3 – 2 beds – 2 pax
  • Bedroom 4 – 2 beds – 2 pax
  • Bedroom 5 – 2 beds – 2 pax
  • Bedroom 6 – 2 beds – 2 pax
• The house is just a 10/15 walk to the start of the main strip near to Benidorm palace.

Booking deposit of 500€ at the time of booking!

Official check in time – 15:00 – Early check in possible for 150€ if possible.

Check out time – 12:00 – Late check out until 17:00 – 150€ extra if possible.

Breakage deposit – 1000€ payable on card on arrival. Returned approx. 48 hours after departure.

Prices include return private transfers and usual reps service.
