Stand Up Paddle Lesson

Stand Up Paddle session to reveal exactly how coordinated you aren’t.
An English-speaking private instructor who’ll politely pretend your wobbles are “normal.”
A warm-up session so your body can remember it’s alive.
Paddle board and paddle, the ultimate tools of majestic flailing.
Wetsuit optional depending on how dramatic you expect the wipeouts to be.
Snack and water because the ocean doesn’t care about your hangover.
Sunscreen because Portuguese don’t need any more reasons to call you “bifes.”

Option 3

Surfing & Bodyboard Lesson

A surf or bodyboard lesson to finally prove you’re not as athletic as you claim on dating apps (please choose between which class).
An English-speaking instructor who will guide you, encourage you, and pretend not to notice when you trip over your own feet on dry land.
A warm-up session to remind your joints they still exist.
Surfboard or bodyboard, depending on how brave (or delusional) the whole group is feeling.
A wetsuit so you can’t blame your lack of skill on the water temperature.
Snack and water to revive you after the ocean absolutely body-slams you.
Sunscreen because Portuguese don’t need any more reasons to call you “bifes.”
