• Check in from 3pm

There is an early check in charge of £20 (subject to availability).

Luggage drop off is £5 per bag.

Security Bond Information:

Security bond is £50 per person.

Payable upon arrival with card, no cash accepted on site.

When using card over the phone or in the office the time frame for UK bank accounts is 5-10 working days. It will show as pending during this time frame. International banks along with online only banks such as Monzo, the money holds for up to 30 working days. 

Please don’t expect to see the money come through as a refund as it wasn’t taken as a sale. You’ll know the money has gone back onto your balance as there will be no trace of the property on your statement. If you have any issues after the stated time frame please speak to your bank.

• Smoking is not permitted in any part of the building.
• No guests are permitted in apartments, aside from the original booked group.
