A stag do in Marbella is impossible to be outdone, and if you and the lads have a hankering for the taste of the sweet life, then this Spanish destination is THE perfect place to be! Now, Marbella really knows how to pamper it’s punters - with miles of spectacular beaches, adrenaline-pumping activities, not forgetting the legendary nightlife in nearby Puerto Banús. Smack bang in the middle of the Costa del Sol, it’s an incredibly popular spot for stags seeking to celebrate their last few nights of freedom (so don’t be too surprised if you make a lot of mates in a hurry!).
Although Marbella doesn’t have its own airport, it’s just under a 3-hour flight from the UK to Malaga (about 40 minutes or so from Marbella - speak to one of our team for private transfers to kick things off in some serious style). Once there, it won’t be long before you're soaking up the sun, sipping a much needed bevvy along the Golden Mile. Everything you’ll need for an epic stag do in Marbella is within walking distance, but nothing more than a quick taxi ride to Puerto Banús will get you right into the heart of the action.
A favourite among party-goers, Marbella is renowned for its lively party atmosphere, incredible coastline and great if you fancy rubbing shoulders with celebs. Spain’s answer to St Tropez, it’s a favourite of the rich and famous - from the likes of Sean Connery, Prince and Antonio Banderas, to TOWIE stars and a Kardashian or two!
Marbella stag weekends are best enjoyed during May and September; that’s when the heat really hits. You can expect the majority of clubs, bars and boats to be off limits during the winter months, so you won’t get to experience the true Marbella lifestyle. If you’re wanting a more authentic Spanish experience, exploring Marbella’s town is a must. You’ll find plenty of tapas restaurants, bars and local shops (perfect for your inner-tourist) along the cobbled streets.
No Marbella stag weekend is complete without a visit to the original classic beach club - Ocean Beach. In the famous marina that is Puerto Banús, Ocean Beach is the spot to be if you fancy lounging around a luxurious saltwater pool on sunbeds, with breath-taking views across the Mediterranean Sea. Keep an eye out for their famous Champagne parties!
As one of Europe’s most exclusive marinas, Puerto Banús is the ultimate place to be if you want to experience the finer things in the south of Spain. With that comes private catamaran hire and Marbella’s epic boat parties. So whether you want to take a break from the non-stop partying, or ramp things up and party across the sea, it doesn’t get much better than this...
When the sun sets the party doesn’t stop. Lineker’s is the place to start, with a VIP area dedicated to your group, waitress service and the continuous flow of drinks. Then head out with the lads to the likes of Pangea, Tibu and more for a night to remember (or forget if you’ve had a few too many!).
