• On arrival guests will receive a welcome Bellini and have a polaroid snapped and stamped with new BAO stamp to keep
• Each guest should receive a mini POS shaker which they can scan to see the masterclass menu online.
• Guests can make 2x drinks each from the list of cocktails
• End the masterclass with a Money Shot for each guest

Time Slot Availability:

• Fri - 12pm, 3pm & 6pm
• Sat 12pm & 3pm

• 1 Fully trained mixologist (either smartly dressed or in Butler uniform as per request)
• 2 hour class (mixologist will arrive 10-15 mins before the start time to set up)
• All the alcohol & mixers
• 3 Cocktails per person
