BOND POLICY

A £100 bond is requested per room from all leisure groups on check in and this is refunded on checkout so long as the terms and conditions of the policy are not breached. Guests will be required to read and sign individual copies of the bond policy on arrival.

TERMS OF GUEST BOND/DEPOSIT POLICY

A bond form must be completed for each room belonging to a leisure group (i.e. stag or hen party). The hotel’s policy and procedures are detailed on the form in addition to any consequences for any disruption.

Cash bonds will be put in an envelope with the room number and departure date on the outside. These envelopes will be locked away in a safety deposit box until checkout.

Bonds on credit/debit cards will be pre authorised and the guests should be made aware that the pre authorisation can take up to 14 working days to cancel.

Unfortunately, a very small number of guests tend to engage in such behaviour. Consequently, we feel bound to advise our guests that such behaviour will not be tolerated. In the event of such inappropriate behaviour being brought to our attention, we will reserve the right to take such steps as we consider necessary in order to protect our guests. Therefore, we ask that a security bond to be taken of £100.00 per room. Should any matter arise, such as disruption to other guests or damage to hotel property, the entire bond of the party will be withheld.

Anyone found tampering with firefighting equipment and systems will be evicted from the hotel immediately. Tampering with firefighting equipment or systems may also result in police involvement.

Please be aware that non-residents are not permitted in the hotel after 23:00 and we operate security at reception to monitor.
