• Professional bar tender, 1 shot on arrival, make 2 cocktails and a farewell shot to finish the class.
• Available from 12pm to 5pm (last start time).

• Your professional bar tender will host your group and teach you to make 3 different cocktails.
• Your group will mix, muddle and shake in one of the quayside's most iconic buildings.
• Includes 3 x cocktails per person and lasts around 1.5 hours.

Availability: 7 days a week - 12pm to 6pm (last start time 6pm)

• Welcome drink each on arrival.
• Your group will learn to make 3 different cocktails before receiving a large sharer cocktail to finish.
• Games with shots in between.
• Workshops will last 1-1.5 hours dependent on group size. 

Available to book from March 2024 from 11am until 7pm (last start is 7pm) We do have some private spaces so this can be booked with a stripper or butler.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure you advise us of any allergies, dietary requirements when placing the booking to ensure smooth service on the day.

• Welcome cocktail on arrival (Pineapple Mimosa).
• Our expert bar tenders will host the workshop and show the group how to make 3 of our most popular activities (Dead Mans Pornstar, Castro's Mojito & Espresso Martini).
• Each group member will get to mix, shake or muddle one of the cocktails.
• Games throughout with a flavoured shot to finish (pineapple or cherry).
• Groups will then get sharing plate (1 between 2 people) and have a choice of a meat & fish or a veggie & mushroom sharer.

Available Times: 12pm to 4pm

• Join our gin instructor for our gin cocktail masterclass.
• Begin with an introduction to gin whilst knocking back a welcome drink and learning how to prepare a classic gin & tonic.
• After your welcome drink you will have the opportunity to get involved behind the bar and each person will create 2 different gin cocktails.
