Housekeeping Service: Cleaning every 3 days, change of towels every 3 days and change of sheets every 7 days.

Each apartment includes a bedroom with 2 single beds and a private bathroom with a shower and a bath. The living room features a sofa bed, a cable TV, balcony and a dining area. Guests can prepare their own meals using the fully equipped kitchen. Alternatively there are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the vicinity. Guests can taste the Algarve gastronomy, fish and seafood specialties.

• ARRIVALS: all Check Ins made after 19h00 will have an additional charge of 20 € (in cash) paid directly by client. The unit request that the arrival time should always be informed. In case they don’t have this information the client may have to wait up to 1 hour for the person in charge, therefore clients must call number 00351 937 131 272 until 30 minutes before arrival to the unit (It is not allowed check-in after 00H00)
• DEPOSIT: Will be requested to clients a deposit at the check-in time, on the amount of €200,00 per apartment, in cash or credit card.
• NOTE: The amenities and the toilet paper will be provided at the arrival day, the remaining days are up to the client
• CLEANING: The apartments don´t have daily cleaning, only change of towels every 4 days and linen weekly
