• Includes instructor, Insurance, Thermal Suit, Life Vest, Helmet, Gloves, Support Ropes, First Aid KIT, Support Boat, water, snack and photos.
• This takes place 1 hour away from Lisbon. Please request a quote for the transfer.
• Add one hour extra of rope obstacles including lifelining, rappel and slide for additional cost
