Apartment facilities

  • Large living area with open plan kitchen
  • 8 x separate bedrooms (16 x single beds + 4 sofa-beds)
  • 2 x private toilets
  • 2 x private showers
  • Kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, microwave, kettle & toaster
  • Each apartment sleeps a maximum of 20 people in a combination of doubles, singles and sofa-beds

 

Check In and Check Out:

  • Check-in from: 3pm
  • Check-out by:11am

Self-check-in property. Online check-in sent by email or whatsapp. 4 Digit code for building and apartment access provided to lead.

Early check-in and late check-out available for an additional fee. Neither can be guaranteed until closer to the weekend. The group will receive an email so they can check in online, these can be added at this point.

 

Security Bond

There will be a damage / security bond of £300 per apartment. This will be taken as a pre-authorisation on credit on debit card 24 hours prior to check-in. Bonds will be automatically released a day or two after check-out. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for banks to release the pre-auth. We have no control over this and will be at the depend on their bank/card provider.

 

Booking Terms

To book we will require the group lead name with a mobile number and email to arrange online check-in. No deposit to book. Cancellation free up to 43 days prior to travel. Cancellation within 42 days is 100% chargeable.

 

Location

These apartments are in the middle of the Bigg market so it is busy on a weekend with lots of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. 5 mins walk from the train station and a few minutes walk to Eldon Square and Newcastle’s main shopping street, Northumberland Street. You really couldn’t get any more central.

 

 

Parking

There is no onsite parking at the apartments. We would recommend the following car parks which are all nearby:

  • Dean Street Car Park - £1.80ph (between 8am – 7pm) Free after 7pm until 8am. £19.80 per 24 hours
  • LNER Car Park @ Central Station - £17.50 per day (24 hours)
