Coasteering

• Add to Lisbon Coasteering Adventure (Sold Separately)
• Full Circuit with Slide, Rappelling and Lifelining

• 3-hour coasteering session (Arrábida coast)
• Cliff jumping, swimming, climbing, caving
• All equipment (wetsuits, helmets, harnesses, lifejackets)
• Multilingual instructors and support boat
• Water, snack and photos
• Note: Located in a remote area; transfer recommended.

Must Bring:
- Old sneakers (they’ll get wet, possibly ruined, but you’re going to be too busy having fun to care)
- A bathing suit, towel, and a change of clothes
- Swim shorts to wear on top of the suit
- Sunscreen to avoid becoming a lobster
