Villa Sena is newly decorated 6 bedroom villa perfectly located within walking distance to both Puerto Banus, and the beach.

This villa features 6 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 14 in total with 5 double beds and 4 singles.

The open-plan ground level includes a modern lounge with 65" smart TV, open fireplace with views to the garden and a dining area with a lovely wooden table that can seat 6.

The fully equipped kitchen is ultra modern, with white units and island & bar stools.

The ground level also has 1 twin room with en-suite shower room.

On the upper level you'll find a double room with en-suite shower plus a large master bedroom with TV & en-suite with shower and bath.

On the lower level there are 3 further bedrooms, two double rooms with en-suite shower plus a large family room which has a double bed and 2 single beds to sleep 4 in total. This room also includes an en-suite shower and walk-in wardrobe.

Outside is a large covered terrace area with wooden table seating up to 14, garden, private pool and relaxation terrace. There is also a built-in barbecue and table tennis table.

Villa Sena is just a few mins walking distance to Real Club de Padel gym and tennis courts and also a small supermarket.

Location: Villa Vee is a 10 minute walk to amenities including an array of bars, shops, big supermarkets like Carrefour and Lidl and restaurants on Marbella's Golden Mile. It's about 950m away. It's a few minutes by car to these amenities and of course the beach if you don't want to walk (the nearest beach is by Trocadero Marbella and is 1.4km). Marbella central and Puerto Banus are both 5 minutes by car and it’s also very easy to get taxis (10-15 euros) everywhere from this location. Malaga Airport is a 45 minute drive from the villa.

Additional Charges: All prices include gas, an electricity allowance, and the final cleaning, provided the villa is left in the same state it was found on arrival. Pool heating is possible (extra charge). Rentals include an electricity allowance: 250 euros for a 3-night stay and 350 euros for a 4-7 night stay. Any consumption above this allowance is payable at the end of the stay. Be mindful of air conditioning use: switch it off when you leave the room, ensure windows are closed and avoid leaving it on all night unnecessarily to maintain reasonable electricity usage without waste or excess charges.

Pool Heating: Pre-heating the pool to be ready upon arrival is an additional cost. Any heating used during the stay will appear in the electricity meter readings.

Security/Damages Deposit: 3000 euros for single sex groups or attendees under 30. Payment is taken by credit card on arrival. The damage deposit is returned after a villa inspection upon checkout in the same manner.
 
Booking Terms:
  • A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to book. 
  • A further 20% is required 3 weeks later.
  • The remaining 70% is due 60 days before arrival. 

Cancellation Terms:

  • For cancellations more than 60 days before arrival, 50% of monies paid is refundable (minus the initial 10% deposit). 
  • Cancellations less than 60 days before arrival are non-refundable.
